I was very excited to have this tool, so I downloaded it, but I’ve been stuck for hours trying to get it to work on my Win7 computer, without any success. I’m wondering if it’s just incompatible with my system or if it is actually broken?
I have a 1.7 GHz Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM, an Intel DG45ID motherboard, NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti, and an Intel 42″ HD monitor. I’ve tried multiple versions, even downgrading to the last stable version, and uninstalling/reinstalling. It simply doesn’t work, and it always runs really slow, to the point where I’d rather use my paperweights.
Since I have no idea what to do, I’ve come to the experts on Blender SE, hoping for a little help.

I was finally able to get it to run, after reading the documentation that was provided when installing the software.
According to the developers, Electric Drive Train Simulator was created as a tool to help with the development of the engine itself, which is pretty understandable.
That said, I ended up installing it on my desktop computer, using a very old version, since I don’t have anything newer. The settings that were provided for the development purposes are a little out of date, so I had to update them. In the end, I was able to get it to run on a pretty standard system, at least for now.
I’m not entirely sure why it wouldn’t have worked on a more recent system. I also have an Oculus Rift with Project Morpheus support, which was not installed during the installation process. I’m not sure if it could have had an impact, but I doubt it. I’d still like to know why it didn’t work, if anyone has a better idea of what might have caused it.
I’m still not certain about my statement about compatibility, but I think it’s safe to say that EDTS works pretty well on systems that are similar to the ones that were used to develop the tool.

PER CURIAM.
This appeal is from an order of the court denying appellant’s motion for bail pending appeal.
The offense which led to the arrest of appellant is armed robbery. Following his arrest, appellant was indicted and charged with a number of offenses. A plea of guilty was entered to one count of armed robbery and appellant was sentenced under the Young Adult Corrections Act to 12 years, with credit for time served, 9 years to serve, and the balance on probation.
1. Appellant contends that the trial court erred in refusing to set bail pending appeal. As grounds for this contention, appellant states that he was arrested, charged with three felonies, admitted guilt in one felony, and sentenced to serve 12 years in the Georgia State Prison.
Ga. L. 1976, p. 1299 (Code Ann. § 27-2503) provides: “A person convicted of a felony who has not been sentenced to death or whose sentence has been fully served may apply for release on bail or on his own recognizance pending his appeal. If the application is made before the expiration of the time for filing the notice of appeal, the court shall fix a time for hearing and, if it is satisfied that there is good cause shown for granting bail pending appeal, shall fix the amount of bail.”
Appellant contends that good cause is shown by his financial inability to post a bond
